At Safe Pet Product, our mission is simple: to help pet parents everywhere feel confident knowing they’re giving their dogs and cats the safest, healthiest, and most trusted safe pet products available.   Founded by Katherine “Kat” Edwards, a lifelong pet advocate, multi-pet parent, and passionate voice in the pet community, Safe Pet Product was built on love, experience, and a dedication to pet wellness.

• Industry Expertise – Kat has 10+ years of hands-on experience in pet nutrition, product research, grooming, and customer education.

• Real-Life Pet Parent – Kat is a proud pet parent to five (two dogs and three cats) and understands the real challenges and joys pet families face every day.
   

Before launching Safe Pet Product, Kat was a media and TV personality. Today, her broadcasting background blends seamlessly with her passion for pets— helping her educate, inform, and connect with pet parents everywhere through approachable content, expert-backed recommendations, and safe pet products they can trust.  Looking ahead, we will also expand into new broadcast platforms, including the Pawdcast Radio podcast, where pet parents can learn, laugh, and share their own stories.
